Price includes full-color imprint on one or both sides of the badge so you can have important emergency procedures, mission statements or any important info you want on the back.

Standard production time is 5-7 days for the first order. Releases are shipped within 3 working days.

Logos: Require a set-up charge of $45.00 per side.

On-Line Release Program: Add $3.75 for each badge held for future personalization. 

Here’s how it works: If you have 85 employees, you buy 100 badges and we personalize and ship 85 of them. We hold onto the extra 15 badges for you. When you hire a new employee, you will go to www.badgerelease.com and enter the personalization info for the new badges you need. Your released badges will be shipped via First Class Mail within 3 working days.  You will have pre-paid for the badges on hold so there are no small bills to pay.  We will hold your badges for up to 2 years but if there is no activity (ie. no releases) for 18 months, your program will be considered “abandoned” and any remaining badges will be discarded.

Personalization: Names must be provided in “Excel” or other approved electronic spreadsheet

program. Photos must be emailed.
