Engraved Name Badges

Engravable badges are made of two contrasting layers laminated together so when your names are engraved, the contrasting layer shows through while your logo is pre-printed in the color (or colors) of your choice on the surface of the badge.

Price includes up to 3 lines of engraving and an EZ-Pin on any rectangle up to 5 square inches.

Standard production time is 1 week.

RELEASE PROGRAM: 

On-Line Release Program: Add $3.75 for each badge held for future personalization. 

Here’s how it works: If you have 85 employees, you buy 100 badges and we personalize and ship 85 of them. We hold onto the extra 15 badges for you. When you hire a new employee, you will go to www.badgerelease.com and enter the personalization info for the new badges you need. Your released badges will be shipped via First Class Mail within 3 working days.  You will have pre-paid for the badges on hold so there are no small bills to pay.  We will hold your badges for up to 2 years but if there is no activity (ie. no releases) for 18 months, your program will be considered “abandoned” and any remaining badges will be discarded.

Personalization: Names must be provided in "Excel" or other approved electronic spreadsheet program.
