All custom printed items require a signed fax proof so by providing your fax number on your order, you are authorizing us to contact you via fax. Shipping Policy:Each item has a specific production time. This production time is the time it will take to produce your item and does not include transit time. For custom printed items, production time begins when the proof is approved. If there is a specific date that you need your order by, be sure to provide us with this information. In many cases, items can be produced faster than the standard production time. There is usually a rush charge involved and it is best to discuss this with one of our customer service reps. If we feel that we cannot realistically meet your deadline, we will tell you.
Return Policy:We guarantee every item that we sell. If you are unhappy for any reason, please call us at 1-800-343-5978 and we will be happy to replace or refund your purchase.
